Maybe, maybe not. Open up your telix.cnf file with a text editor.
Look for lines that start c1irq=, c2irq=, etc. These assign irq's for
the named comm port, c1 being comm1, c2 being comm2, etc. Find the comm
port your modem is on, in you case comm 3, and change the irq to 11.
In other words, fine the line c3irq=4 and change it to read c3irq=11.
