Hi, Bob,
Yeah, good to see you again. This is a strange case. The modem is
configured properly and using another comm program will dial out and
work flawlessly. I have done twenty or thirty installations of Qmodem,
and this is the only time this problem has cropped up as a lasting
problem. It's usually just a matter of switching to full duplex, and
voila, it's fixed. Not in this case, however.
