Has anyone heard of something called a "Certificate of Mastery?"  I
heard on a radio talk program that it is supposed to be replacing the
high school diploma.  I don't know if this has been started or if it was
only proposed.  Does anyone (especially teachers in public schools) know
anything about this?  What are the requirements supposed to be to get
the Certificate of Mastery?
