    When Stan Lee stopped writing comics is a matter of history... and
it happened a long time ago.  All I was saying was that I didn't know
that a number of the stories credited to him were not, in fact,
written by him.
    Besides, I think comic fans can, out of respect for his
contributions to comics, cut the man a little slack when it comes to
his memory.  After all, the Marvel Universe he helped create is the
better part of 40 years old now... I think Stan Lee can be forgiven
for not being able to instantly recall names and facts.  Let's see how
good our memories are when we get to be Stan's age.
