Yes, you should. The CNA test is roughly 30% simulator-based, and there
is enough of a difference to possibly confuse you when you get to the
actual test.
You might want to look at some of the self-test programs that come with
simulators, as they may be able to help you learn the difference
between 4.1 and 4.11.
