This is true of course, but mostly irrelevant for client side
"business" applications, whose need for processor speed was
surpassed by the hardware long, as Intel belatedly realized.

So I appreciate the extra speed when I'm doing audio editing at home on my
desktop, but I  don't give two hoots about between 9 and 5.
