Terry, any terminal program on the C64 can support Telnet as long as you have
the right setup. I use an RS-232 interface to connect from the C64's user port
to a PC running BBS Server software. But there are other more modern methods as
well.

But, if you'd like to call in "the old fashioned way", Cottonwood BBS is also
now accessible via dial-up at 951-652-1690.
