You were saying that Frank had good reason to not upgrade, when
there is no good reason for him to not upgrade.  PQWK222 has no
short-term problems, as Brenton has verified.  And 221 is just
as likely to have long-term problems as 222.

destined for random addresses, so there's no problem with
