From: Ellen K. While in the IT dept I was never assigned a permanent laptop but used loaners on trips. We have Gateways and Dells and I was surprised that I actually found the Gateway easier to use than the Dell, plus it was lighter. I found the touchpad on the Dell oversensitive, when I had to use it on the plane I had a terrible time controlling the cursor.
