One thing I picked up is that 'healthy options' are usually unhealthy.
Fat doesn't make you fat. Carbs and too much food does,
Eating cholesterol doesnt increase blood cholesterol.
High fruit intake can be just as bad as a plate of chips
High carbs leads to high cholesterol
