As usual competition is good, there will be a second PCS provider soon,
Sprint.

My guess is that Primeco uses CDMA, and I know that Sprint is CDMA only no
analogue, the ESN is digitally encryped, and the voices are also digital.

Primeco has licenses in only 6 states.  No roaming in other states.  Sprint
has all 50 states.  And the last info I had on Cellular roaming was a
nationwide average of $4 per day and $1 per minute, however the Sprintnet
will be .50 per minute without any additional daily or long distance.  The
only temporary limit is that the full nationwide net will not be compleated
until mid 1998.
