Okay.  I get the feeling I am jumping the gun here.  I think I should work
on getting transfers and the such to work plus maybe some utilities for
writing configuration files.  It would be nice to have something to
simplify this procedure.  I did start monkeying around with sqafix but it
is whining about some address and won't tell me which one.  I put that
aside for now and am concentrating on transfers.

How about VAX/VMS?  Does that count?  That was my starting point.  Unix -
Solaris actually - was a walk in the park after that.

I got one from Bo in netmail plus found one in a DOS archive.  I can't seem
to get either to work.  See my previous comments.
