05-11-05 16:33, Jean Parrot told Mark Lewis about c:\BWAVE How do, Jean? JP> Hello Mark, we were saying ! ML> you have to remember that the screen size in windows is graphical ML> dimensions not textual... you can also drag the frame borders to resize ML> the window, IIRC... JP> Yes, I knew this but why the BWAVE screen is not the JP> .75 ratio height to width is what surprised me. Now imagine you are flying a remote controlled helicopter, with a camera mounted off the skids. Actually, you *can* use Marks example, (Pretty crafty Mark!) but just place a round object on a table, and look directly down at it. It appears round. Change your position to anything *but* head on, and you see an oval. If the font is 8x12 or 12x8, it is 3:4, or 4:3 respectively. It's as if you are looking at a saucer or CD at a for-aft bias, or starboard-port bias. ...
