Is this possible?

I recently dug out my old Apple IIgs and I have 2 5.25 and 2 3.5 
drives. Sadly, only a few disks are bootable due to them being 20++ 
years old.

Most of the GS 3.5 disks don't work. I know there's a ton of img files 
on the net for emulators, but is there is there a way to write them out 
on a PC 3.5 drive?
