Well, the telnet and serial port code was being worked on by Wes.
Unfortunately, Wes has been very busy with work and family issues
recently....

As to sqafix wining about an address, there are two locations that need
addresses. First, those that can request echos from you (including your
own system if you want), which are defined with the Node lines. The second
is the Uplink line(s) that define one or more location where you obtain
your feed(s) from.... Oh, and of course, there is the address line that
defines your primary fidonet address.... I'd have to see the
non-informative error message to suggest a fix..... I do notice that I
ended up giving full paths to various files (like backbone.na) because I
never got the relative file names figured out (I assume for proper
subdirectories)..... There may be a bug in SqaFix's directory parsing and
appending....

BJ> Well, I think you might also consider it slighly unixy if you
BJ> were used to using Unix befor X-Windows.....

MK> How about VAX/VMS? Does that count? That was my
MK> starting point. Unix - Solaris actually - was a walk

.... HP 2000E [Basic].... CDC 6000, Cyber 70 and 170 series
[SCOPE, NOS/BE, NOS], Prime 350 / 550, Vax 11/780 [VMS and BSD], ..... I
better stop this.......

BJ> For SqqFix.Cfg, see the documentation in the last DOS / OS/2 release
BJ> of SqaFix (99b8) and then add the info from my
 BJ> sample SqaFix.Cfg file
 BJ> and related log documentation.....

MK> I got one from Bo in netmail plus found one in a DOS
MK> archive. I can't seem to get either to work. See my
 MK> previous comments.

Ok. Then you should have a good base to work from. This reminds me of
what I didn't get done with in SqaFix..... It compiles, but there are
still a few things needing work to get things cleaned up in a proper
way.....

Take care.....
