Actually, I'm finding that stern lectures on social engineering are at least as important as watchguard-ware, at this point. That WashPost article will be handy, for the literate and easily-frightened. For the teens, there's always a baseball bat. Luckily, I'm frequently paid to be the One Who Woofs.
