 Ignore my previous reply to Joe's message, it sounds like you've got it  
 worked out.  Is DOORWAY a utility designed to write doors for BBS's?  How  
 do I get a copy (I mean is it shareware / available to download from most  
 BBS's). 
 
 I got the impression doors were essentially batch files that the BBS runs,  
but maybe more specialized than a DOS batch file... eg: 
            cd \mydir 
            mytask +special arguments 
            cd \back to wherever the BBS needs to find itself when mytask 
                finishes. 
 
Then MYTASK might be another .BAT or a .EXE that runs Paradox, perhaps with  
a particular script, or perhaps as a complete unencumbered DBMS. 
 
 TM> translation table for the "F" keys. I needed to remap them to "CTRL"

Yeah, I can see how the Pageup key might cause Telix to try to upload
