subject: What every filker should filk

Oh - when I saw this quoted I'd gotten the impression you were asking which
sort of songs we had written personally. :-> I wouldn't say there was any song
that every filker ought to know. Mind you, I probably qualify according to
your list anyway.

Of the ones I haven't written one of myself:

m>2. A Star Trek Filk. Or three. Or Four.
 m>of a Voyager filk to "Barrett's Privateers">

Upon reflection, the most likely reason I never wrote a Trek song is that I got
involved in this hobby just in time to learn a lot of Leslie Fish's Trek
repetoire, and sang them instead.

 m>3. A Tolkien filk
 m>count??>

My favorite Tolkien filk is also a Fish production: The Fellowship Going South.

 m>5. A Unicorn filk
 m>

Haven't memorized any, but along with the ones I mentioned when I contributed
to this thread earlier, I like Jane Mailander's Unicorn Rap.

 m>7. A MST3K filk
 m>

I don't know any of these. May write a few when I get around to it. :->
