Sorry, did in the message that I accidently aborted, when I mean force the ctrl
dir on jsexec or sbbsctrl I would have to either make a script that set the
sbbsctrl env variable before running or run ./scfg /sbbs/ctrl or cd into
/sbbs/ctrl and run ../exec/scfg
but it works now.. no problems..

Yeah, I did'nt understand that.. but the variables are now set in
/etc/environment and nowhere else and I no longer have issues.. I had to take
them out of ~/.profile
