Same version as here.  It might work out of the box.  It had some issues with
3.14.34, mostly display which froze halfway on bootup.  Just the display though
as I could login via the LAN.  Did manage to rebuild it and get straight vga
working but with 3.19.2 the astdrmfb works although it has issues with the
monitor I had connected to it.  No biggie ... for now.

Text files?  If so there shouldn't be an issue as I suspect they are mostly, if
indeed not 100% ascii text.  Some ansi control sequences might be an issue but
it can be done.
