No. Not even muscle meat only diet one doesn't endup with vitamins
deficiencies. For example vitamin-c needs drop drastically when one stops
plants. It's needed in high quantities when one eats plants. One thing
many forget is the fact that sunlight is one very important part of
nutrition.
On the otherhand if you eat organ meats like liver and such, you will get
all the vitamins you need. Just avoid grain fed sick animals and buy
quality grass fed meats. Or game meat. Also avoid farmed fish.

Like you said in other post ... there is no essential carbs. Also stop all
vegetable oils. Those are other big killer people eat nowadays.
