I just tried the settings in that doc and while it does give a marginally
better motion (divx5 vs 3) it also results in a 20mb file instead of a 17mb
that I get with the settings I posted for my 39 second test video.

I'm currently trying to tweak their settings now to get back to 17mb so I
can give it a good one to one comparison.
