  It's only a 3 hour ride from Little Rock, but with all the traffic and
construction on I-40...not to mention driving into the sun in the
morning, I don't know if I could handle the drive.

  A "sked" is short for "schedule"...basically, you and
another time
arrange a day, time, frequency, and mode to meet on.

  I've got a ham radio glossary on the BBS, and being posted in selected
ham radio message areas of ham radio terms from the Icom brochure, the
QRZ website, and other places, of "hamspeak" terms.
