I got a bunch of those wood 1077 Crosmans at the shot show this Feb and
we have been looking at them ever since. It seems everyone thought that
crosman should offer their guns in wood and when they did nobody showed
up to purchase them. So as usual innovation is the only method left to
push them out of here apparently so here is what I came up with. Took a
look at a customers verticle bulk fed SSP 250 that I just completed and
it was obvious instantly that the same mod would work for the 1077. So
The way it works is a fake CO2 is installed in the tube where the
standard cartridge goes. It has a 1/8 pipe female thread that via a .4"
hole in the bottom of the rifles tube and thru the stock we mount the
receiver nut for the 3.5oz tank. The gun gets around four hundred shots
in this configuration B4 the tank needs a recharge.
LD came up with a real nifty speedloader idea for the same gun. If you
buy an extra magazine housing you can double tape the two magazine
housings together from eaches bottom and the gun will get 24 shots B$
you need to stop and reload your cylinders. This guy was getting off 24
shots in about 15 seconds including flipping to the other mag housing.
Career owners eat your heart out. With the bulk system in place instead
of dropping around 150 fps in a rapid burst like that the gun only will
drop off about 25 fps. There are those out there that wouldn't own a
single shot ever. For those guys we got you covered. The guy that shot
the 24 rounds at a pop went thru so many cartridges in two days that the
bulk fill system was the obvious choice for this master blaster. From 
bent minds come fertile ideas once again.
