If you open up "Sharing" in System Prefs you'll see a
"Firewall" tab. You need to enable Windows File Sharing, which
will unblock port 139.

This is for 10.2 - it may be a little different on earlier versions but the
principle's the same: SMB needs port 139 open.

BTW, how did you do the scan?
