Yes for later versions of the OS.  (The install media is generic, the
software keys are something you input yourself and it validates against the
hardware)

The way it is with anything V5R1 and after, you'd have to reinstall every
70 days if you don't have the keys.  Or not install a new release at all,
just stick with what's there, including the keys, just make sure you have
full system backups.
