I wonder why the default behaviour of BinkD isn't compatible with any other
software and you always need some config workaround.
Because of the weird 4D / 5D BSO issues in binkd, I switched to
Amiga-Style-Outbound (aso / amiga_4d_outbound) in 5D mode. I had to change a
few lines in the Crashmail code, but that was trivial and ASO is a much nicer
outbound format.
