Yes and yes. I only translated the "how to use the compiler"
section, which was Paul's original request. There is a make, an assembler,
etc. I don't mind doing other sections on request (the on-line manual is
rather too large to translate in one go).
I didn't translate the "copyleft" properly. The distributed files
can be modified but the lsic330c.exe must be re-distributed as is. The
executables made by the compiler must be distributed as freeware. So if you
are making commercial products, it is good for in-house testing only. The
commercial version of the compiler is around A$700.00 (at A$1=Y70 exchange
rate).
Since I am going on a rather long leave soon, email to my Internet address
will guarantee that the messages will wait for my return.
