I've often said just that. We are living in a science fiction world. If you
could go back in time to even the 1950s, they would be amazed by microwaves,
computers, VCRs, laser surgery and the rest of our technological advances.
Sci-fi has come true.

It helps with my staff as well. They can't say, "you didn't tell me...."
Our internal email system even shows a history of the message which shows
when the recipient read it. In addition, I can assign work without
interupting my work flow or the work flow of my staff. I used to hate when a
manager used to come and assign me more jobs while I was in the middle of an
important project. Email reduces the interuptions.
