Thanks Russ,=0D

I had already used the dremmel tool and the round bit before I read your
message. I think I made the grooves a little too deep, and made the groov=
es
about 2/3 the thickness of the tile. Should I make more dental stone and
pour over the top of the tiles and start over with shallow groove? =0D
Also, when drawing the tiles to diameter, I focused on ensuring the the
tiles were off-set, but over looked the edge. I have two tiles the are a =
bit
small, about 1/4 inch on the ends and curve the length of the tile to poi= nt.
I'm afraid these will break off with the slightest pressure, and if they = do,
what will happen result? New tool? This tool is basically to form the
siggatta. I plan to make another once I form the curve I want.=0D

Thank you,=0D

Art, Relax, the dental stone will wear as the tiles do. Make sure th=
e=0D
edges of the tiles are not too=0D
sharp. You can grind the tiles with a wetstone, and also groove out the=0D
dental stone between them=0D
with the corner edge of the wetstone. Don't worry it doesn't have to be t= oo=0D
deep. Grind away until=0D
you get the curve in your tool, then go back if needed and regroove. Some=
=0D
people us a "dremmel"=0D
tool with a small round stone bit which works great for grooves.. Russ=0D Jocoy=0D
