Yep, I'm over 35, (42 to be exact).  And my oldest kid is only 9.  Your 
equipment should work so well at this age!  :)

I have noticed a distinct difference among brands of epoxy in this regard 
with the fast setting or 5 minute types being the worse.  Becasue of this I 
prefer the slower setting epoxies.  I'm patient, I can wait.
