I've got it, and it's an excellent resource for a large number of very
specific answers to "How do I do this?" questions. Mostly it's handy for
seeing how to implement various 'tricks' to improve your programs. I
certainly recommend it.

The CD mostly contains project code for all the chapters in the book,
including compiled versions (handy). There is a directory with several
shareware things, plus some demoware (TurboPower, etc). No great shakes aside
from the project source.
