Hi Jean,

   Not really what you are looking for but why not write a batch
file that would:

  Rename the rep to CurrentDate.rep and then archive it with zip.

   The way I handle it is not as sure but works for me.  I have a
Receive and a Sent file.  When I come across one of my messages in
the reader I just save it to the appropriate file.  For example,
here is one of my old message to you:

FROM: Charles Jennings
TO:   Jean Parrot
SUBJ: Re: Y2K.
