I am not currently experiencing a problem with my 802.11g; I just hope to keep it that way. The Panasonic phone uses 5.8GHz for both directions. I was aware that some cordless phones like yours use both frequencies like that. I think some AT&T-branded phones do that as well. I specifically avoided those to prevent interfering with my 802.11g network. I wonder if half-duplex is the price I pay though?
