Hi all,

I am wanting a simple database program.  I'm looking for something that's
basically a glorified address book program.  I want to be able to add/change
fields to my needs.  I don't care what kind of database it uses, (MySQL,
xBase, etc).  I just need to customize it for my needs.

And it has to be free :)

I've looked into the raw MySQL, but I really need a GUI front-end, and I
can't seem to find any of those.

Any suggestions?
