We had a terrific tempest regarding the legalities and liabilities of passing
along PGP-encoded messages here in net 106. Both sides had their attorneys'
opinions, which of course differed 180 degrees. It eventually split up our
echomail coop, and unfortunately brought out what could accurately be called
"Fight-O-Net" in many (who to this day, wear their 'freedom or death' PGP
badge proudly). Apparently it's close to a religious issue for many, and it
sounds like you're solidly in that camp. I just hate to see it become an
issue here, with Trev valiantly attempting to raise Opus from the ashes.

I still have a _very_ warm spot in my heart for Opus.
