I've been able to run both Alex's card and a real Applicard in any slot 
without problems.  Every once in the while it seems like the Alex-Card fails 
to reset properly, but an OA-Ctrl-Reset gets things going again.  I won't 
swear that there isn't a problem with the machine, however.  Haven't had the 
energy to drag another one out of the garage yet.
