There are codes embedded into the URL that forces Netscape to start a second 
session.  WWW.CNN.COM has these all over the place...
Unfortunately, there is nothing that you can do, except write a message to 
the WebMaster for that site asking that changes be made to allow continuous 
viewing of the "pages".
