No, that has never happened to me. I also used to own a scanner, and am fully
aware that calls can be listened in to. However, it is ILLEGAL to listen in
n
such calls (although I know that doesn't stop people doing it), and I am also
well aware that my telephone is an insecure channel, and therefore don't
discuss
any sensitive information over it. When I need to communicate private
information, I either switch to a landline, or actually go to meet the person
concerned.
