No, in this case only SYSOP in the SYSOP menu from variance of below:

 BJ>         % OS/2 users should use the following statements instead:
 BJ>         %
 BJ>           UsrRemote  Xtern_Run  maxpipe.exe_%p_cmd.exe 
 BJ>    Sysop "OS shell"
 BJ>           UsrLocal   Xtern_Run  cmd.exe                
 BJ>    Sysop "OS shell"

And for the first try at this, the box was so scrambled from other poison
pills the intended above wouldn't work either..

But after playing around a bit and thinking about the two other posts here
for this, end result - success!

I saved some 40-50 miles of driving tonight.
