I've been down the same route with anothjer person, I paid by money order:
A. File a complaint with ebay...give him negative feed back.
B. OIn ebay you will find a link to the national fraud information
center....fill that form out.
C. Call the police department where he lives and file a fraud complaint if
they will take it over the phone.
When it happened to me I found out that the Post Office was no help
whatsover....and that ebay was too slow....but the detective in the
scumbag's home town made a visit and relayed to him that I would press
charges.
Good Luck!
