Assurance to ensure a quality product is being produced in our highly
competitive field of telecommunications billing.  Consultant must have a
strong understanding of testing methodologies and tools.  Candidates must
have knowledge and experience in writing scripts in both a system test and
user acceptance  test environment.  Knowledge of  AS/400 operating system,
RPG and COBOL would be an asset.
