Just installed the WIN32 version;

Some suggestions;

In the VBS script for setup, add constants for;

Zone, Net, Node, Pointnumber

Origin

Then in config.cfg;

There are a number of places that some "crylic" letters are
included at the 
end of lines for
Netmail
BadArea
DupeArea

In GoldEdcfg, there are also some "cryllic" lines
Goldhelp.cfg is also not English ...
Parts of Goldlang.cfg are not english
Also a few other GoldEd related files have a little "crillic" included ...

An English Quick Start file ...

Having installed the win32 version and givern it a look, it seems you have 
done an extremely good job of making the setup of a point system very easy, 
using the Husky Project tools. I am impresssed ... , to say the least ...

As I am not a programer, and used the default settings, the remarks about 
adding some extra "Constants" might or might not be relavant ...

Also, some or all of the above remarks, may already be part of the 
"improvements" you have on your to-do list for the next version ...
