Either that, or it will just be swallowed up with continuously elevating
costs for service. Someday it will be inevitable, and ISPs will have to go
that route as there will be no v4 addresses left. I'm sure it's still a
ways out yet otherwise more and more would be making the switch.

I believe my ISP provides it to business class customers already, just not
residential. Nor do they have any kind of prediction of a timeframe as to
when it will be. :(
