Our client is looking for Project Managers to develop, modify and execute
IT policies.  Consultant will be interacting with senior management on
functional areas, regions/customers.  He/She will be working at the highest
systems level to provide expert advice and counsel to assigned user area
management, and to project teams, for systems of the most complex nature. 
Consultant will be responsible for managing staff function and employees. 
Looking for individuals in the following areas:  life cycle software
development, capability maturity model IBM mainframe, MVS, JCL, TSO, PL1
and COBOL.  Experience  using project management tools such as, Project
Workbench or MSProject.  This opportunity is located here in Toronto,
Ontario.
