Well yes, sort of... Of the 3 modules that make up FMail: fmail, ftools,
fconfig. Only the first two are converted to linux. So to configure it, you
still need to have a windows (virtual), with acces to the linux paths where
your fido system runs, to edit the configuration.

But if you can make those conditions happen, it runs very smoothly. For more
than 3 years now on my system.
