Hey Quacky!

It wasn't a total meltdown but there was a dupe created by someone along
the line.  I am guessing a Syncronet based node which leads to an
interesting idea for a new MSGID based on a blatant ripoff of their
so-called MSGID except with data that actually means something in the real
world at large.

We'll see if this works before posting the format.  :::crossing fingers and
