Ok what does your ATI7 report? if it is the 05BA then your modem will
accept the new 33k6 speed via the newer flash rom updates. if it is
the 04BC datapump then a hardware upgrade is needed for this faster
speed though the modem will be able to accept the later flash.
Current version is 1.440-12 an there are now available beta flashes.
the latest beta flash is 1.440-17 as of the message date.
SUPRA BBS and www.supra.com all have these flash rom updates. also My
BBS carries these as well.
