Try Telix or Communique (both shareware) which support a Doorway mode that 
sends the raw scan codes for the keys which are then correctly interpreted by 
Doorway to allow for all keys and combinations of keys (i.e. Alt-{key}, etc).
The current version of Communique is 2.21 and is available for File Request 
or download as CU-221.ZIP.
