Dan was trying to let you know that the bigger the message, the more time it 
takes to transmit over the phone lines and, "time is money". Bigger messages 
mean bigger phone bills for the providers of the BBS's. Makes us SysOps a bit 
happier to see just enough of a quote to remind the originator what you are 
responding to.
